Instead, Russia will be represented by a delegation from Vladimir Medinsky, the president’s aide who previously led the 2022 negotiations, which had not been decided.<\/span><\/span> Foreign Minister Mikhail <\/span>Garzin<\/span> and Deputy Minister of <\/span>Defense<\/span> Alexander Fomin are with him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Zelenskyy said he was ready to talk directly with Putin about how the conflict could end.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

However, the Kremlin confirmed that Putin will not be <\/span>participating<\/span> in the Istanbul summit.<\/span><\/span> Zelenskyy responds by saying, “We are not afraid of meetings,” emphasizing Ukraine’s willingness to <\/span>accompany<\/span> dialogue.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

President Donald Trump, former US president, will also be absent due to planning the conflict, who announced that Putin could be involved if he joined.<\/span><\/span> Nevertheless, he expressed his support for peace negotiations.<\/span><\/span> Foreign Minister Marco Rubio will act as representative of the United States.<\/span><\/span> Lula da Silva’s Brazilian President Luis actively encourages Putin to <\/span>participate<\/span> in negotiations and emphasizes the importance of direct involvement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Despite his efforts, including a telephone conversation with Putin, the Russian guide has not yet visited the summit.<\/span><\/span> Turkey<\/span>, which <\/span>maintains<\/span> diplomatic relations with both Russia and Ukraine, continues to occupy the position of intermediaries.<\/span><\/span> Recep Tayyip <\/span>Erdo\u00e4<\/span> T\u00fcrkiye’s willingness highlights the country’s strategic role and <\/span>previous<\/span> participation in mediation efforts to respond and promote peace negotiations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
