A top military adviser to Iran\u2019s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said on Thursday that missiles were prepared for launch in response to Israeli threats against Beirut\u2019s southern suburbs, underscoring Tehran\u2019s continued backing for Hezbollah amid heightened regional tensions.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Iranian state television, Mohsen Rezaei accused Israel of using pressure tactics in Lebanon to gain leverage in negotiations involving Iran.<\/p>\n

He warned that Lebanon would remain central to any future regional settlement and reiterated Tehran\u2019s commitment to supporting its allies.<\/p>\n

Rezaei said Iran\u2019s support for Hezbollah was a matter of strategic credibility, arguing that countries that abandon their partners risk weakening their influence and standing.<\/p>\n
