Jane Doe 15 was one of a string of Epstein accusers who provided an impact statement in federal court in New York in August 2019, when the judge invited victims to court to provide their statements after Epstein’s sudden death. <\/p>\n
‘Jane Doe 15 is clearly a victim of child sexual abuse. She does not wish to disclose her true name. Nevertheless she wishes to speak out on what she suffered upon meeting Epstein and those who were employed by him,’ Allred said at the press conference Monday. <\/p>\n

‘I was invited to his home. There his assistant took a photo of me and later reached out to me inviting me to Epstein’s ranch. I only knew Jeffrey Epstein for five days,’ she added. <\/p>\n

During the flight there, Epstein gave the the victim a tour of his plane, first starting in the bedroom, according to the lawsuit. <\/p>\n
‘Epstein explained to Jane Doe 15 that, when he slept on the bed, he liked to have women sleep at his feet,’ the lawsuit states. <\/p>\n
‘Jane Doe 15 again felt enormously confused, and did not understand what Epstein was saying or why he was telling her this. Epstein\u2019s description of the women sleeping around him on the floor made her immediately think of slaves,’ the lawsuit added.<\/p>\n
After she chose her seat on the flight, Epstein name-dropped Bill Clinton saying he always chose to sit there as well ‘as if to reassure me of the elite normalcy of that kind of behavior’. <\/p>\n
‘Jane Doe 15 found her interactions with Epstein on the plane strange. But she recognized one of the other girls on the plane as a model who had been on a magazine cover that month,’ the complaint states. <\/p>\n
‘Jane Doe 15 remembers finding that reassuring, and thinking, “If she\u2019s here, it must be ok,”‘ the lawsuit adds.<\/p>\n
Once the flight landed at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, one of Epstein’s female associates, described as a woman with red hair, told the teenager that Epstein really liked her, according to the lawsuit. <\/p>\n
That woman then asked the girl about her sexual history. The next day she summoned her to the main house on the ranch for a massage. <\/p>\n
‘Without Jane Doe 15\u2019s consent, the woman proceeded to use her tongue to “massage” Jane Doe 15, focusing primarily on Jane Doe 15\u2019s vagina and anus,’ the court paper said. ‘The redhaired woman \u2013 Epstein\u2019s agent \u2013 then told Jane Doe 15 that Epstein really wanted to give Jane Doe 15 an orgasm.’<\/p>\n

The next day Jane Doe 15 was summoned to Epstein’s room where the financier was waiting in a bathrobe. He allegedly exposed his penis and pulled out a vibrator, which he then used to assault her with until she faked an orgasm and he stopped, according to the lawsuit. <\/p>\n
‘Epstein then walked Jane Doe 15 over to the window of the bedroom. He told her how amazing a first orgasm is, and he pointed out to the desert and told her that he wanted to show her how beautiful the world is,’ court documents say.<\/p>\n
The following day he gave her a new pair of underwear and photographed her in them until she started to hyperventilate, the lawsuit states. He then noticed and led her through breathing exercises and then started to talk about school with her. <\/p>\n
‘She explained that she wants to study biochemistry at a specific college,’ the documents said. ‘Epstein conveyed to Jane Doe 15 that he wanted to help her achieve that goal, and he presented her with a check for $5,000 to give to the college. He also gave her several hundred dollars in cash.’ <\/p>\n
After the ranch visit, Jane Doe 15 declined subsequent invitations to join Epstein at his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the lawsuit states. She was allegedly told Prince Andrew would be a guest there.<\/p>\n
‘I left Zorro Ranch with a deep sense of shame. Not just the shame of him having sexually abused me but the shame of knowing that I had somehow been duped. It was the weight of Epstein’s wealth, the isolation to which he subjected me and the discussion of his social connections that crushed me into submission far more than his physical strength,’ Jane Doe 15 said at the press conference. <\/p>\n
She said the financier ‘took my sexual innocence in front of a wall of framed photographs of him shaking hands and smiling with celebrities and political leaders.’ <\/p>\n

In the press conference the victim urged Prince Andrew to voluntarily speak to the FBI and the public to become aware of Epstein’s crimes. <\/p>\n
‘I’m here today to ask that when you hear about the crimes committed against me and other victims, you don’t feel sorry or bad for us. But that you feel angry. Jeffrey Epstein was only a small part of an insidious system of privilege that exploits children as sexual commodities and robs them of their youth,’ Jane Doe 15 said. <\/p>\n
‘Just because Epstein is dead doesn’t mean the others around him don’t deserve their day in court as well,’ she said. <\/p>\n
Though she did not make allegations against Prince Andrew directly, she said the royal and ‘any other who are close to Epstein should come forward and give a statement under oath on what information they have.’ <\/p>\n
‘Given that he appears to deny what has been alleged against him, then I think he should make arrangements to speak to law enforcement as soon as possible,’ Jane Doe 15 said. <\/p>\n
She added that coming forward would ‘help survivors’ and the Duke of York could ‘set an example’. <\/p>\n

‘This needs to be done without excuse, without delay,’ she added. <\/p>\n
Allred added on the Duke of York: ‘He has two daughters. Would he want anyone else to close their eyes if his daughters are there and it seems inappropriate, they might be at risk? He\u2019s now stated his case in the court of public opinion, let him state what he knows to law enforcement. It\u2019s the honorable and right thing to do.’<\/p>\n
Allred added that Jane Doe 15 did not have any other interactions with Andrew beyond Epstein’s mention of him. <\/p>\n
Prince Andrew was friends with Epstein and was pictured with him after Epstein was jailed for charges of procuring underage girls in Florida. <\/p>\n
However, Prince Andrew has denied knowing about Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking. He has also denied allegations that he had sex with a 17-year-old girl at Epstein’s home in London in 2001. <\/p>\n
During a TV interview, Prince Andrew was asked if he would give a statement under oath to investigators. He replied: ‘If push came to shove and the legal advice was to do so, then I would be duty bound to do so.’<\/p>\n
Epstein was found dead in his prison cell on August 10, 2019 while facing charges of sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York. The medical examiner ruled his death a suicide, but his lawyers have disputed that ruling. <\/p>\n
As a result of his death, a judge dismissed all criminal charges against him. <\/p>\n

Prince Andrew last night dismissed his four-day visit to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s New York \u2018house of depravity\u2019 by describing it as a \u2018convenient\u2019 place to stay while he broke off their friendship in an \u2018honorable\u2019 way.<\/p>\n
Speaking for the first time about the 2010 visit to the \u00a360 million Manhattan home \u2013 just five months after the financier left jail following his conviction for child sex charges \u2013 the Duke of York confirmed he attended a dinner party there on December 2 before his infamous \u2018walk in the park\u2019 with the shamed US financier three days later.<\/p>\n
He revealed that it was during that stroll through Central Park \u2013 captured in a picture that went around the world, haunting him ever since \u2013 that he finally broke off their 11-year friendship.<\/p>\n
When asked by Emily Maitlis why he stayed with a convicted sex offender, Andrew replied: \u2018Ever since this has happened and since this has become, as it were, public knowledge that I was there, I\u2019ve questioned myself as to why did I go and what was I doing and was it the right thing to do?<\/p>\n
\u2018I went there with the sole purpose of saying to him that because he had been convicted it was inappropriate for us to be seen together.<\/p>\n

He said the photograph in the park was taken when he broke the news to Epstein they could no longer be friends.<\/p>\n
\u2018We had an opportunity to go for a walk in the park and that was the conversation coincidentally that was photographed, which was when I said to him, I said, \u201cLook, because of what has happened I don\u2019t think it is appropriate that we should remain in contact\u201d and by mutual agreement during that walk in the park we decided that we would part company and I left, I think it was the next day [in fact it was two days later] and I never had any contact with him from that day forward.\u2019<\/p>\n
Incredibly, the Prince cited the reason for breaking off the friendship as the \u2018attendant scrutiny\u2019 he was under \u2013 rather than the fact Epstein had pleaded guilty and served time for child sex offences.<\/p>\n
Andrew said Epstein\u2019s reaction to his decision was \u2018understanding\u2019, adding: \u2018He didn\u2019t go into any great depth in the conversation\u2026 except to say that he\u2019d accepted\u2026 a plea bargain, he\u2019d served his time and he was carrying on with his life, if you see what I mean.\u2019 <\/p>\n
