As conspiracy theorists link Virginia Giuffre’s “horrible” death to Jeffrey Epstein’s suspicious “suicide” in prison, Donald Trump breaks his silence on the matter.

Donald Trump has publicly addressed the tragic death of Virginia Giuffre, referring to it as “a horrible, horrible thing,” amid a swirl of conspiracy theories linking her death to the suspicious prison death of her abuser, Jeffrey Epstein.

Virginia Giuffre, who spent her childhood in Florida, was a teenage spa attendant at Mar-a-Lago, where she first caught the attention of Epstein’s associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell introduced her to a role that led to her being a masseuse and ultimately a sex slave for the wealthy financier.

Virginia, who reached a settlement in a sexual assault lawsuit against Prince Andrew after accusing him of abuse facilitated by Maxwell, passed away at the age of 41 in Western Australia on Friday. When asked about Ms. Giuffre’s death while at a New Jersey airport on Sunday, Mr. Trump described it as “a very sad situation, the whole thing.” He emphasized, “That whole situation is very sad – her and others,” adding, “Certainly, that’s a horrible thing,” and reiterated, “It’s horrible. It’s a horrible, horrible thing.”

Her grieving family has expressed that the “toll of abuse… became unbearable” for Virginia, leading her to take her own life. Nevertheless, conspiracy theorists online are calling for an investigation into her death, with many drawing parallels to Epstein’s death, which occurred six years ago when he was found hanged in his jail cell. Virginia’s death is particularly poignant as two other young victims of Epstein have also died tragically.

Donald Trump Jr., the president’s son, has highlighted a poignant comment made by Giuffre in 2019, where she stated she was not suicidal and suggested that if she died, it would be at the hands of “evil people” who wanted her silenced. Additionally, following the announcement of Giuffre’s death, Trump ally Laura Loomer pointed to a car accident that Virginia was involved in on March 24 as further evidence of a conspiracy against her.
