Paul Hollywood is building a new super garage to accommodate the ever growing fleet of luxury cars at his new country pile.
The 53-year-old has submitted plans to build a new outhouse at his Grade II listed farm to house his new £225,000 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera and £100,000 Range Rover.
He bought the property in January and snapped up the cars in the summer shortly before breaking up with his glamorous girlfriend, Summer Monteys-Fullam.

Plans submitted with the silver-haired fox’s local council show he wants to knock down the existing quadruple garage and replace it with something befitting his top of the range motors
The plans, submitted to his local council earlier this month, will see him demolish an existing quadruple garage and erect an L-shaped courtyard style garage building at the property near Ashford in Kent.
Hollywood, a self-confessed ‘petrol head’, already has an impressive collection of cars.
He is already restoring a £60,000 B200 Benetton chassis, a car raced by Austrian star Alexander Wurz in 2000.
The star is also a lifelong biker after adding one of the UK’s first Kawasaki H2s to a 14 strong bike collection, which includes a Panigale 1199 S.
A source close to the professional baker said he had always been obsessed by cars and bikes: ‘He had four cars and a Formula One car which was being built.
‘He’s a professional racing driver so he has a love for them. He had 14 motorbikes at the time as well.’
The Bake Off judge ended his romance with former barmaid Summer Monteys Fullam earlier this year and has more recently been linked to Melissa Spalding, 36, who runs his local pub

Set in eight acres of lush Kent countryside, Hollywood purchased the 18th century, four-bedroom property described as one of the best in the area – for £810,000
As part of the application, Hollywood’s planning agents said: ‘The scheme proposed seeks to create a ‘courtyard’ single storey garage building to accommodate our clients vehicles and garden equipment.
‘The proposal is to site this building nine metres to the north west of the existing house adjacent to the location of the existing garage.’
It comes after the star Bake Off judge began dating his new partner Melissa Spalding, 36, who is also the landlord at his local pub.

Hollywood’s new pad boasts sweeping paddocks, stables, a sun room as well as a large indoor garden ‘picnic’ room, inglenook fireplaces and exposed timbers.
The 18th century pad was snapped up by the silver fox on January 9 for £810,000, Land Registry documents reveal.
The property – which stands in several acres of lush Kent countryside – is one of the most expensive properties in the area.
It also includes a large kitchen/breakfast room, a reception room, a dining room, walk in wardrobes, two bathrooms, a utility room, a separate large double garage and a large garden with an orchard.
Property agent Hobbs and Parker described it as an ’18th century period farmhouse surrounded by gardens with orchard extending to grazing land.’
The property description reads: ‘The house is believed to date back to the 18th Century with many typically Kentish architectural characteristics, including inglenook fireplaces, exposed timbers, leaded windows and latch doors.
‘It occupies a large plot and is situated well back from the road approached from a sweep-in gravel driveway passing a delightful front orchard.

‘The property is located on the outskirts of a renowned and historic village in the area, regarded as one of the prettiest in Kent and is surrounded by picturesque countryside.’
Speaking of his bike collection, Mr Hollywood, added: ‘Whenever I get the chance I go out for a spin round the quiet country roads near my home.
‘I’ll usually disappear for a couple of hours and that time on my bike is quite sacred, as it’s when I do all my serious thinking.’
The plans will be decided by the council next month.
