Michelle Mone has revealed the 29 diet rules she followed to achieve her incredible 11lbs weight-loss transformation in the lead up to her extravagant wedding.
The entrepreneur, 48, from Scotland, has been dating her billionaire fiancé Doug Barrowman for over two years and the pair got engaged in December last year.
Taking to Instagram, the Ultimo founder, who recently revealed she hit her target weight in August before branding herself ‘wedding ready,’ penned:
‘Basically it’s a limited pescetarian diet with lots of legumes and vegetables. Meat substitutes can be used to bulk up meals. The key is to avoid, sugar, starches, and simple carbs at all costs.’
‘Sounds mad…however, it can be done and made very interesting as per the recipes that I will share with you.’

Amongst Michelle’s rules include drinking low fat milk, small quantities of natural yoghurt and eating wholegrain bread in moderation.
She advises avoiding the likes of eggs, reduced fat cheese, and fruit juices – as they’re full of sugar – and to swap lean meat for protein substitutes such as chick peas or quorn.
She also says you can eat as many fresh vegetables as you like, but can only have a maximum of three portions of fish and seafood a week, and the same with pasta or rice.
And while herbs and tomato puree are ‘fine’ to include in dishes, Michelle insists you should avoid cooking in clingfilm and tin foil – and only use olive oil.

The Ultimo founder has been on a fitness overhaul and lost a staggering 11lbs after Doug proposed to her last Christmas.
Taking to her social media page back in August, she penned: ‘After 7 years I’ve finally made my target weight!! There is only one way to do it… eat less, eat healthy & work out 1 hour a day…
‘Finally lost my last 11lbs in the past few months. Size 10 & wedding ready.’
